Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
  • 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually.
  • Experience with brands importing from China.
  • Proven experience in project or account management.
  • Ability to engage confidently with client leaders from C-level executives to support teams.
  • Strong independent and team management skills.
  • Exceptional writing, phone, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand growth by assessing the full GMV potential of each brand and building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models.
  • Translate long-term brand goals into clear, actionable steps and inspire teams, peers, and brand leaders.
  • Own account health by monitoring daily performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales.
  • Forge strong relationships with business leaders at all levels and lead brand communications.
  • Deliver insightful brand reporting with actionable recommendations and conduct weekly business reviews.
