Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in a high-growth environment (Sales Operations, Finance, or Deal Desk).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience tracking contract lifecycle or deal desk KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze margins and deal economics.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance sales urgency with compliance and governance requirements.
- Proactive, structured, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for Go-To-Market teams on customer contract types and pricing requests.
- Support deal governance and coordinate reviews across internal departments.
- Build and maintain pricing and deal models for business opportunities.
- Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and workflows in CRM and CPQ tools.
- Coordinate end-to-end RFP responses and maintain content libraries.
- Oversee contract generation and partner with Legal to manage lifecycle within CLM systems.
- Perform first-pass review of redlines on behalf of commercial and legal teams.
- Facilitate contract execution and track signature status.
- Maintain a clean, searchable archive of contracts and approvals.
