Requirements
- Progressive experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or related field.
- Experience in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Hands-on familiarity with CMMC Level 2 requirements and NIST SP 800-171.
- Experience leading DoD contractor compliance programs (DFARS 252.204-7012, SPRS, SAM.gov).
- Proven ability to manage director-level reports.
- Experience overseeing Incident Response functions.
- Strong GRC and policy governance skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide information security strategy.
- Serve as executive risk authority and advisor to the CEO.
- Represent security posture in customer and government engagements.
- Oversee Director of Security Compliance and Director of Information Technology.
- Adapt application security for AI-native threat hunting.
- Lead efforts to safeguard production infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Execute GRC framework and maintain CMMC Level 2 compliance.
- Lead enterprise security awareness and training programs.
