Requirements
- 4–7 years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Technical CSM, or Senior Support Engineer role within a SaaS company
- Experience owning technical relationships with enterprise-tier accounts
- Demonstrated ability to work across APIs, integrations, and data pipeline concepts
- Proficiency in SaaS platform configuration
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Ability to remain calm under escalation pressure
- Experience working autonomously in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for a named portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Conduct regular technical health reviews — assessing integration health, API usage, and configuration gaps
- Lead technical customer workshops and escalation discussions
- Proactively identify technical risks and build remediation plans
- Translate customer business goals into technical requirements and platform configurations
- Own the technical success plan for each account including documentation of integration specs and data flows
- Serve as the internal technical advocate for your accounts escalating product gaps and bugs
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical configurations and integration architecture
