Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or clinical settings.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and dbt.
- Experience with statistical data analysis and data visualization.
- Experience with BI tooling such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interfacing with internal leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven success partnering with non-technical team members.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and drive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and expand client-facing reporting; simplify data to help visualize the member journey.
- Develop and sustain dbt codebase using SQL; write modular, well-tested models.
- Identify and implement metrics in the data warehouse and report via BI tools.
- Partner with Data Engineering to advocate for upstream data quality.
- Conduct analyses using SQL and translate into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior analytics team members on strategic analyses.
- Manage ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams and identify patterns for automation.
- Support clinical analytics, including ROI and Value-of-Investment (VOI) performance guarantees.
- Guarantee work reliability through self-review, code review, and testing practices.
