Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data, especially claims, provider specialties, and utilization.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool (Omni, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
- Strong data wrangling skills.
- Experience building customer-facing dashboards or reports.
- Ability to present findings to executive and operational audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of ownership and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports for utilization trends and ROI.
- Own the data analyst function for customer-facing products.
- Translate complex provider workforce data into clear visualizations for stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales to produce data-driven proof of concept reports.
- Develop reusable POC templates and frameworks for the sales cycle.
- Assist Data Science in building complex analytical models.
- Analyze new data sources for the provider data model.
- Maintain robust data quality standards and identify anomalies.
