Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science.
- Deep proficiency in SQL, preferably BigQuery.
- Ability to design and maintain structured datasets, including star schemas and dbt models.
- Experience building intuitive dashboards for cohort performance and attribution analysis.
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts like survival analysis, causal inference, and significance testing.
- Understanding of the lending lifecycle and product impact on portfolio quality.
- Ability to translate data trends into actionable insights for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models that transform marketing spend and event logs into structured datasets.
- Build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor loan application funnels and identify conversion opportunities.
- Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and design intuitive Tableau dashboards for KPI tracking.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
- Translate complex user behaviors into automated insights to drive growth and product-market fit.
