Sr. Customer Success Manager

Co-design Axuall's Customer Success strategy, engagement model, and lifecycle framework.
Build foundational playbooks, processes, and tools for proactive customer success, health scoring, and QBR cadence.
Define and optimize success metrics including adoption, product usage, and NPS/CSAT.
Manage a portfolio of customer relationships to drive adoption and utilization of the Axuall platform.
Lead operational reviews, flag account risk, and drive mitigation plans.
Work with Client Services and Implementation to ensure smooth customer onboarding transitions.
Partner with Strategic Account Managers to align on account strategy and risk management.
Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform feature development.

You will join a remote-first team spread across the U.S. While most work is remote, you will attend an initial in-person orientation at our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. Engineering at Axuall

Our engineering challenges revolve around building and maintaining scalable data pipelines from diverse sources, ensuring data quality for real-time practitioner networks. You will work with expert-level SQL and Python to build and maintain data models, often using dbt in a production environment. Our data architecture leverages modern data warehouses like ClickHouse or BigQuery, orchestrated with tools such as Dagster or Airflow. We integrate AI and automation to enhance sales effectiveness and deliver actionable insights to both internal teams and customers, powering dynamic workflows and predictive analytics.
