Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in IT.
- Proven experience developing category strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
- Strong background in supplier negotiations.
- Experience interfacing with clients or stakeholders in a services industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience driving change management and cross-functional consensus.
- Strong knowledge of supplier ecosystems serving IT categories.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies that deliver measurable results across IT categories.
- Engage with client stakeholders to identify priorities and challenges, developing targeted sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end RFP process from data gathering and execution to proposal evaluation and contract support.
- Lead supplier proposal evaluations using TCO modeling.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies including value engineering and demand optimization.
- Lead research and analytics to validate savings projections.
- Build and manage best-in-class supplier ecosystems.
- Monitor spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including C-suite.
