Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally in SaaS or technology selling to SMBs
  • Proven track record of owning a full sales cycle from demo through close
  • Strong demo and presentation skills
  • Experience building or contributing to sales campaigns, email sequences, or outbound programs
  • Comfortable using CRM tools
  • Natural communicator capable of adapting between group demos and 1:1 follow-ups
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing a high-volume pipeline
  • Ability to shift between campaign-level strategy and individual clinic conversations

Responsibilities

  • Run product demos and sales meetings for independent clinics that have been registered by our SDR team, converting qualified leads into active HD users
  • Serve as a credible platform expert in every demo and sales conversation
  • Manage a pipeline of warm leads through qualification, demo, follow-up, and close
  • Execute a clean handoff to the onboarding team at close
  • Partner closely with the SDR team to give feedback on lead quality and refine targeting criteria
  • Design and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive demo registrations and clinic sign-ups
  • Build and maintain a library of sales assets: slide decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and ROI calculators
  • Represent Vetcove at veterinary industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM across all active opportunities
  • Track and report on key sales metrics including demo-to-close rate and pipeline velocity
