Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally in SaaS or technology selling to SMBs
- Proven track record of owning a full sales cycle from demo through close
- Strong demo and presentation skills
- Experience building or contributing to sales campaigns, email sequences, or outbound programs
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Natural communicator capable of adapting between group demos and 1:1 follow-ups
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing a high-volume pipeline
- Ability to shift between campaign-level strategy and individual clinic conversations
Responsibilities
- Run product demos and sales meetings for independent clinics that have been registered by our SDR team, converting qualified leads into active HD users
- Serve as a credible platform expert in every demo and sales conversation
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads through qualification, demo, follow-up, and close
- Execute a clean handoff to the onboarding team at close
- Partner closely with the SDR team to give feedback on lead quality and refine targeting criteria
- Design and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive demo registrations and clinic sign-ups
- Build and maintain a library of sales assets: slide decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and ROI calculators
- Represent Vetcove at veterinary industry events and trade shows
- Maintain accurate records in CRM across all active opportunities
- Track and report on key sales metrics including demo-to-close rate and pipeline velocity
