Requirements

  • Proven track record in a frontline quota-carrying sales role (AE, AM, or equivalent).
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Commercial or Enterprise).
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Management.
  • Experience managing programs covering the full sales-to-success lifecycle.
  • Expert-level facilitation skills for large groups.
  • Advanced, practical experience implementing or coaching MEDDPICC.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LMS platforms.
  • Proven ability to use performance data to diagnose funnel gaps and iterate on programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and inspire a small sales enablement team of 2-3 direct reports.
  • Lead full sales process deal reviews, live call reviews, and clinics focusing on discovery, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Embed MEDDPICC across the customer lifecycle from AE qualification to CSM health-scoring.
  • Architect and implement AI strategies to drive efficiency in content and sales processes.
  • Design and operationalize enablement programs for the full customer journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to field-proof messaging and create actionable sales plays.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build modern learning paths.
  • Manage the Sales Asset Management (SAM) tool to ensure high-utility, up-to-date content.
