Requirements
- Proven track record in a frontline quota-carrying sales role (AE, AM, or equivalent).
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Commercial or Enterprise).
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Management.
- Experience managing programs covering the full sales-to-success lifecycle.
- Expert-level facilitation skills for large groups.
- Advanced, practical experience implementing or coaching MEDDPICC.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LMS platforms.
- Proven ability to use performance data to diagnose funnel gaps and iterate on programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire a small sales enablement team of 2-3 direct reports.
- Lead full sales process deal reviews, live call reviews, and clinics focusing on discovery, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Embed MEDDPICC across the customer lifecycle from AE qualification to CSM health-scoring.
- Architect and implement AI strategies to drive efficiency in content and sales processes.
- Design and operationalize enablement programs for the full customer journey.
- Partner with Product Marketing to field-proof messaging and create actionable sales plays.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build modern learning paths.
- Manage the Sales Asset Management (SAM) tool to ensure high-utility, up-to-date content.
