Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing certification exams and programs.
- Hands-on experience with LMS and certification development/delivery platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and prompt engineering.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Preferred: Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Preferred: Background in SaaS or enterprise software certification programs.
- Preferred: Automotive industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop item banks and question sets aligned with Bloom’s taxonomy.
- Configure and manage certification and LMS platforms such as Caveon Scorpion and SkillJar.
- Lead psychometric processes including cut score setting and SME panel coordination.
- Maintain certification content and develop program policies and operational procedures.
- Track and report on program health, exam results, and pass rates.
- Identify certification gaps through engagement with partner and product teams.
- Translate product releases into certification content updates and new credential development.
- Deliver training to internal teams on platforms, processes, and tools.
