Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare plans and retirement programs.
- Experience working with brokers, TPAs, and benefit vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting benefit renewals and annual enrollment cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of global benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Field and resolve employee benefits inquiries.
- Support administration of leave of absence programs including FMLA, parental, disability, and company policies.
- Lead the design and testing of leave workflows and system configurations.
- Coordinate leave cases with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as operational point of contact for benefits vendors and consultants.
- Support compliance with U.S. and global regulatory requirements including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of benefit enrollment system and vendor integrations.
- Develop and maintain benefits reporting dashboards to track utilization and cost trends.
- Develop and maintain clear employee communications and educational resources.
