Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, SMS, or chat
  • Provide professional and timely customer support
  • Update and manage customer information accurately in JobNimbus CRM
  • Follow company SOPs, scripts, and workflows
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
  • Monitor customer inquiries and resolve tickets
  • Document customer interactions and notes
  • Assist with lead management and pipeline tracking
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital records
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams
