Requirements

  • Fluent, clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Outbound calling experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable making high-volume, repetitive outbound calls.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Headset and a quiet work environment.
  • Available to work full-time Monday through Friday on US Eastern Time hours.
  • Disciplined, consistent, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Make 175 or more outbound calls per day to customers regarding upcoming or overdue vehicle service.
  • Leave professional voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails.
  • Follow structured daily call campaigns including service reminders, inspections, and offers.
  • Schedule service appointments using Xtime.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately and consistently in Tekion CRM.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date records across all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct all calls using the Elevate VoIP system.
  • Follow scripts and communication standards.
