Requirements
- Fluent, clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Previous call center experience.
- Outbound calling experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable making high-volume, repetitive outbound calls.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Headset and a quiet work environment.
- Available to work full-time Monday through Friday on US Eastern Time hours.
- Disciplined, consistent, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Make 175 or more outbound calls per day to customers regarding upcoming or overdue vehicle service.
- Leave professional voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails.
- Follow structured daily call campaigns including service reminders, inspections, and offers.
- Schedule service appointments using Xtime.
- Log all customer interactions accurately and consistently in Tekion CRM.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct all calls using the Elevate VoIP system.
- Follow scripts and communication standards.
