- Fluent, clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Previous call center experience is highly preferred.
- Comfortable making repetitive, high-volume outbound calls.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to follow scripts and handle basic customer questions.
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet work environment.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, US Eastern Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Make 175+ outbound calls per day to customers regarding upcoming or overdue vehicle service.
- Leave voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails to ensure customer engagement.
- Use dealership software to schedule service appointments when customers respond.
- Follow structured daily call campaigns including service reminders, state inspections, and promotional offers.
- Accurately track and log all customer interactions in internal systems.
- Maintain professional and clear communication throughout all interactions.
