- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (Financial Account)
- Proven Experience in Financial Services and Tax-related industry
- Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy with CRM, cloud services, and VoIP
- Knowledge of Google Calendar
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
Responsibilities
- Handle client onboarding after sales close
- Manage follow-ups and document collection
- Answer tax-related questions
- Coordinate with sales and office teams
- Manage inbound calls, redirect inquiries, and schedule meetings
- Maintain communication threads in Go High Level
- Support administrative projects and database updates
