  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (Financial Account) in a B2C or B2B capacity
  • Proven experience in Financial Services and Tax-related industry
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
  • Ability to work US working hours

Responsibilities

  • Handle client onboarding after sales close
  • Manage follow-ups and document collection
  • Answer tax-related questions
  • Coordinate with sales and office teams
  • Manage inbound calls, redirect inquiries, and schedule meetings
