- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (Financial Account) in a B2C or B2B capacity
- Proven experience in Financial Services and Tax-related industry
- Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Ability to work US working hours
Responsibilities
- Handle client onboarding after sales close
- Manage follow-ups and document collection
- Answer tax-related questions
- Coordinate with sales and office teams
- Manage inbound calls, redirect inquiries, and schedule meetings
- Maintain communication threads in Go High Level
- Support administrative projects and database updates
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Ad hoc tasks
