Requirements

- Comfortable managing high call volume.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn software quickly (Elevate, Xtime, Tekion).
- Reliable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet work environment.
- Available to work full-time Monday through Friday on US Eastern Time hours.
- Calm under pressure and detail-oriented.
- Submit a 1-2 minute Loom video introduction.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding vehicle service appointments, status updates, and general inquiries.
- Manage high call volume consistently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments using Xtime.
- Log all interactions accurately in Tekion CRM.
- Send follow-up texts or emails to customers.
- Follow communication standards and dealership scripts.
