  • Reliable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet work environment.
  • Available to work full-time Monday through Friday on US Eastern Time hours.
  • Calm under pressure and detail-oriented.
  • Submit a 1-2 minute Loom video introduction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls regarding vehicle service appointments, status updates, and general inquiries.
  • Manage high call volume consistently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments using Xtime.
  • Log all interactions accurately in Tekion CRM.
  • Send follow-up texts or emails to customers.
  • Follow communication standards and dealership scripts.
