Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales.
- Mandatory experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC services, contractors, and distributors.
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Proven ability to conduct cold calling and manage outbound sequences.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to personalize messaging for targeted prospect outreach.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Execute outbound outreach across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct 30–40 cold calls per day with objection-handling frameworks.
- Build and test multi-touch outbound campaigns and sequences.
- Generate qualified conversations and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong data hygiene.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
