Requirements

  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold calling and manage outbound sequences.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to personalize messaging for targeted prospect outreach.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Execute outbound outreach across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct 30–40 cold calls per day with objection-handling frameworks.
  • Build and test multi-touch outbound campaigns and sequences.
  • Generate qualified conversations and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong data hygiene.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
