Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales Development/Lead Generation experience in B2B/software environments.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Experience with cold calling and personalized email creation.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach).
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Gen AI tools, and 6sense.
- Prior experience targeting Enterprise companies in Brazil.
- Self-motivated and self-organized working style.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting activities via phone, video, email, and LinkedIn.
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring.
- Qualify customers using deep knowledge of Vonage API platform products.
- Maintain meticulous notes in the CRM system.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain territory plans for the Brazil market.
- Support marketing efforts through online and other campaigns.
