Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Development/Lead Generation experience in B2B/software environments.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
  • Experience with cold calling and personalized email creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach).
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Gen AI tools, and 6sense.
  • Prior experience targeting Enterprise companies in Brazil.
  • Self-motivated and self-organized working style.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound prospecting activities via phone, video, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring.
  • Qualify customers using deep knowledge of Vonage API platform products.
  • Maintain meticulous notes in the CRM system.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain territory plans for the Brazil market.
  • Support marketing efforts through online and other campaigns.
