Requirements

- Proven track record of meeting monthly meeting and pipeline targets
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Daily fluency with Salesforce
- Experience with a sales-engagement platform like Outreach or Salesloft
- Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and data discipline
Responsibilities
- Multi-channel prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Respond to GTM campaign-sourced leads within 24h
- Conduct light discovery and secure meetings
- Ensure meetings meet fit and intent criteria
- Enrich contacts and maintain CRM accuracy
- Use sales tech tools like Outreach, ChatGPT, and Avoma
- A/B test outreach methods and contribute to the SDR playbook
- Coordinate weekly with Sales, GTM, and MOps teams
