Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Scientific background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent to a business level in Spanish and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Exposure to sales tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Groove, Outreach, DemandBase, ZoomInfo.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach.
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Report market feedback to teams across the organization.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or marketing campaigns.
