Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Scientific background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent to a business level in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Exposure to sales tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Groove, Outreach, DemandBase, ZoomInfo.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach.
- Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Report market feedback to teams across the organization.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or marketing campaigns.
- Develop sales outreach strategies.
- Present product information to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales executives to meet company targets.
