Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
- Tech-knowledgeable with experience in technical services and platforms (Hubspot is a plus).
- Adaptable and inquisitive problem-solving nature.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new and existing catering partners using Guided Onboarding and automation tools.
- Prioritize multiple work streams and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Uphold onboarding requirements and explain them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate directly with restaurant partners to facilitate onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and tools.
- Build and maintain restaurant profiles in internal systems.
- Identify, test, and support implementation of process improvements.
