Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience with or strong aptitude for marketing and event platforms, including HubSpot, Zoom, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Data-driven mindset — able to track event metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
- Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event support.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of 20–40 events per year, including trade shows, industry conferences, sponsored events, customer dinners, webinars, and internal company events.
- Coordinate event logistics end-to-end: including vendor management, shipping, swag, and on-site execution.
- Manage webinar production using platforms such as Zoom, including setup, speaker coordination, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth Engineering teams to align event programming with campaign goals and business priorities.
- Support pre- and post-event marketing activities, including promotional emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences in HubSpot.
- Track event performance metrics and contribute to reporting on ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement outcomes.
- Maintain event calendars, project timelines, and internal documentation to keep stakeholders aligned and deadlines on track.
- Support the Brand & Events Manager in developing strategies that serve brand awareness, thought leadership, pipeline generation, and customer retention goals.
- Leverage AI tools to build efficiency into event planning workflows, content drafting, and communications.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed, including social media promotion, event-related content, and campaign support.
