Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of program management or shared services experience.
  • 2+ years in people management or leadership position.
  • Deep expertise in wish-granting operations and child/family-centered practices.
  • Experience in a federated non-profit organization preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and WVC.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Proven consultative and advisory capabilities.
  • Ability to travel for internal and external meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy into chapters as an interim resource to manage day-to-day wish-granting functions.
  • Manage qualification, onboarding, discovery, design, family/volunteer/vendor engagement, budget, and compliance.
  • Assess chapter workflows, caseloads, and risks to prioritize and stabilize wish pipelines.
  • Perform operational assessments of chapter wish programs to identify improvement and scalability opportunities.
  • Support enterprise wish enablement and cross-chapter coordination of wish fulfillment.
  • Provide stabilization support during chapter leadership or staffing transitions.
  • Serve as a trusted operational advisor to chapter CEOs and mission leaders.
  • Collaborate with national leadership to align chapter execution with organizational standards.
