Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing programs, field marketing, or demand generation
- Proven experience managing webinar or CLE programs from strategy through execution
- Experience developing and refining presentation content with subject matter experts
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Cvent, Zoom, GoTo Webinar, Webex)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with CMS and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Asana)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional services, legal, consulting, or B2B services experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of the company’s webinar and CLE program from concept through post-event follow-up
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify timely, relevant webinar and CLE topics
- Manage all event logistics including timelines, speaker coordination, and day-of production oversight
- Lead post-event marketing activities including on-demand promotion and content repurposing
- Monitor program performance, focusing on MQL generation, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics
- Execute continuing education accreditation requirements
- Serve as strategic marketing partner to the Client Advisory Board and executive roundtables
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align programs with broader business objectives
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance and brand consistency
