  • 3-6 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or a related role at a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio of published case studies or long-form content
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong program management instincts
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and translating technical conversations into clear stories
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with content management workflows
  • Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end case study production process: identify candidates, conduct interviews, write drafts, manage approvals, and publish.
  • Build and maintain a customer reference and advocacy database.
  • Develop compelling customer narratives in multiple formats: written case studies, video testimonials, quote cards, blog features, and sales enablement one-pagers.
  • Partner with Sales and CS to identify referenceable customers.
  • Program-manage customer participation in events, webinars, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Identify vertical and solution-level patterns and work with Product Marketing to develop targeted messaging.
  • Build a quarterly customer marketing calendar.
  • Track and report on customer marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Content and Design to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer champions.
