Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or a related role at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio of published case studies, customer stories, or long-form content.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong program management instincts.
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction.
- Experience conducting customer interviews and translating technical conversations into clear, compelling stories.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and content management workflows.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end case study production process: identify candidates, conduct interviews, write drafts, manage approvals, and publish.
- Build and maintain a customer reference and advocacy database.
- Develop compelling customer narratives in multiple formats: written case studies, video testimonials, quote cards, blog features, event keynotes, and sales enablement one-pagers.
- Partner with Sales and CS to identify referenceable customers.
- Program-manage customer participation in events, webinars, analyst briefings, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Identify vertical and solution-level patterns in the customer base and work with Product Marketing to develop targeted messaging.
- Build a quarterly customer marketing calendar.
- Track and report on customer marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams.
- Maintain relationships with customer champions.
