Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a Customer Success role.
- Experience managing subscription-based models.
- High-touch relationship management and digital-scaled engagement experience.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to remain tactful and poised under pressure.
- Proficiency in data analytics for communication strategy.
- Experience with Salesforce, Customer Success tools, or automation tools is a plus.
- ChurnZero experience is a plus.
- Veterinary experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive PetDesk product adoption and customer satisfaction through targeted and consistent communications.
- Use customer data, health signals, and product usage insights to proactively identify risk and drive adoption.
- Document customer requests and engage support and product resources.
- Identify and influence expansion opportunities.
- Implement tailored communication to ensure retention and growth.
- Lead structured business reviews with veterinary practices.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights.
