Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Experience managing subscription-based models.
  • High-touch relationship management and digital-scaled engagement experience.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain tactful and poised under pressure.
  • Proficiency in data analytics for communication strategy.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Customer Success tools, or automation tools is a plus.
  • ChurnZero experience is a plus.
  • Veterinary experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive PetDesk product adoption and customer satisfaction through targeted and consistent communications.
  • Use customer data, health signals, and product usage insights to proactively identify risk and drive adoption.
  • Document customer requests and engage support and product resources.
  • Identify and influence expansion opportunities.
  • Implement tailored communication to ensure retention and growth.
  • Lead structured business reviews with veterinary practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights.
