Requirements
- Strong experience in quota-carrying B2B sales
- Track record of closing net-new business
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive-level buyers
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to clearly communicate ROI and business impact
- Strong organization, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
- Experience maintaining strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce or similar system
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter
- Multifamily real estate knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, prospect, engage and close senior-level executives at multi-family and single-family owner/operator clients
- Demonstrate how Esusu can drive ROI to their business and impact at Property Manager and resident levels
- Travel on-site to 4+ multifamily real estate events per year to engage potential clients
- Manage and update sales pipeline daily (via Salesforce) to provide visibility on upcoming deals
- Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Test new products/programs with select prospective customers to drive additional value to their real estate portfolios
