Requirements
- Strong business development experience in Poland
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, radiology, imaging IT, or related fields preferred
- Ability to engage both senior decision-makers and local working-level stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with a European leadership team
- Able to move opportunities from initial engagement to commercial progression
- Strong local market access and follow-up capability
- Ability to work with both C-level and operational stakeholder
Responsibilities
- Re-activate and progress key target accounts in Poland
- Build access to new Tier 1 target accounts and secure qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Support local follow-up with operational, clinical, and commercial teams
- Coordinate and help advance pilot, demo, proposal, and contract discussions together with AIRS Medical Europe
- Identify, evaluate, and help progress suitable distributor or channel partner candidates in Poland
- Contribute to commercial pipeline generation and contracted ARR growth in the market
