Job Details

10+ years of experience in digital commerce, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects or business units.
Expertise in digital strategy and building consultative offerings.
Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and supply chain/fulfillment logistics.
Proficiency in building business cases, ROI calculation, and P&L management.
Strong technical literacy regarding modern e-commerce and marketplace technology stacks.
Goal-oriented mindset with experience working within OKR frameworks.
Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to C-level stakeholders.
Experience as an eCommerce Director or leading a Commerce Practice in professional services/consulting is preferred.
Experience in a global digital transformation agency or 'Big Four' consulting wing is a plus.
Established personal brand and network within the European retail sector is a plus.

Launch, shape, and scale the Digital Commerce practice.
Lead discovery workshops and strategic audits for enterprise clients.
Design end-to-end commerce ecosystems including customer acquisition, supply chain, and logistics.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders regarding omnichannel transformations.
Partner with sales teams to win new enterprise opportunities through consultative selling.
Productize eCommerce services such as CRO and loyalty strategy.
Work within OKR frameworks to drive growth and commercial success.
Collaborate with the VP of Strategy & Design and VP of Software Delivery to ensure strategy feasibility.
Foster thought leadership by representing the practice at industry events and through content creation.
