Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment.
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages ($5,000+ ACV).
- Track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot.
- Comfort with data and reporting.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to build and interpret dashboards.
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students.
- Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment.
- Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects.
- Experiment and innovate sales scripts and follow-up strategies.
- Close deals meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle in HubSpot CRM.
- Forecast enrollments accurately.
- Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students.
