Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment.
  • Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages ($5,000+ ACV).
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot.
  • Comfort with data and reporting.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to build and interpret dashboards.
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students.
  • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment.
  • Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects.
  • Experiment and innovate sales scripts and follow-up strategies.
  • Close deals meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in HubSpot CRM.
  • Forecast enrollments accurately.
  • Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students.
