- Strong communication and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align clinical pharmacy expertise with broader healthcare and business objectives
- Analyze complex clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate findings into actionable strategies
- Develop and communicate data-driven value propositions and presentations for executive-level audiences
- Lead and contribute to moderately complex to complex projects
- Execute strategy and drive process improvement initiatives
- Influence departmental strategies through data-driven insights
