Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise security sales experience selling Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial constructs and transaction paths.
  • Proven track record co-selling with Microsoft field sellers.
  • Consistent attainment of $2M+ annual quota in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Strong executive presence with CISO- and CIO-level communication skills.
  • Experience navigating complex multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed a multi-million-dollar ARR quota across a defined territory or vertical patch.
  • Build and execute a Microsoft co-sell strategy including joint account planning.
  • Position Tenex MDR alongside customers’ existing Microsoft Security investments.
  • Transact through optimal commercial paths including direct, Marketplace, or private offer.
  • Run rigorous discovery and executive value selling to CISO/CIO stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal engineering and success teams to scope and operationalize engagements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
  • Represent Tenex at Microsoft field events and industry conferences.
