Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise security sales experience selling Microsoft Security solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial constructs and transaction paths.
- Proven track record co-selling with Microsoft field sellers.
- Consistent attainment of $2M+ annual quota in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Strong executive presence with CISO- and CIO-level communication skills.
- Experience navigating complex multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed a multi-million-dollar ARR quota across a defined territory or vertical patch.
- Build and execute a Microsoft co-sell strategy including joint account planning.
- Position Tenex MDR alongside customers’ existing Microsoft Security investments.
- Transact through optimal commercial paths including direct, Marketplace, or private offer.
- Run rigorous discovery and executive value selling to CISO/CIO stakeholders.
- Partner with internal engineering and success teams to scope and operationalize engagements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
- Represent Tenex at Microsoft field events and industry conferences.
