Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience building and scaling partnerships or platform businesses
  • Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth
  • Experience building partner programs or platform ecosystems from the ground up
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Executive presence with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and high-ownership environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for Tapcheck’s partner ecosystem
  • Identify, negotiate, and close embedded partnerships with payroll providers and SaaS companies
  • Build and scale Tapcheck Express as a partner-led distribution model
  • Lead the channel & alliances motion generating employer referrals
  • Own partner economics and monetization models
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
  • Establish partner performance metrics and executive reporting
  • Build and lead the Partnerships organization
