Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–8+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare consulting, partnerships, business development, or strategy.
- Experience with payers, TPAs, PBMs, or digital health solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects (integrations, partnerships, implementations).
- Strong analytical abilities (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).
- Ability to influence without authority across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured market scans to identify and prioritize partners.
- Build and maintain a partner landscape view and pipeline.
- Support business case development, including revenue potential and ROI modeling.
- Manage contracting workflows across Legal, InfoSec, and Finance.
- Lead ecosystem integration workstreams for assigned portfolio.
- Define end-to-end process flows (eligibility, data exchange, reporting).
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on integration scope and requirements.
- Support executive relationship management through QBRs and steering committees.
- Define and track partnership KPIs (pipeline, TCOC impact, engagement).
