Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from concept to execution.
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with overall goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help manage project phases and deliverables.
- Manage key workstreams within complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting by monitoring estimates and flagging variances.
- Create project estimates and SOWs based on subject matter experts' input.
- Monitor project financials to identify potential overruns and take corrective action.
- Manage global event and hospitality program workflows and change management.
- Guide and support team members as an early-career people leader.
