Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer on e-commerce or B2B2C.
- Track record of working closely with product managers and engineers.
- Experience using product metrics and UX metrics to guide design decisions.
- Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
- Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Experience working with design systems and tokenized components.
- Ability to produce clear design documentation.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent time management and ownership mindset.
- Russian C1+.
- English B2.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create technical documentation.
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives.
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance, training, and assess the impact of changes.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics.
- UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive interfaces and develop prototypes using Figma.
- Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide.
