Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX, visual storytelling, and motion design.
- Experience in a product-led tech start-up.
- Experience designing for enterprise audiences including dashboards and complex data.
- Expertise in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens.
- Proficiency in motion design (After Effects, Lottie, Runway).
- Fluent in AI design productivity tools (Claude, Midjourney).
- Strong typographic, layout, and visual systems sensibility.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Highly organised and self-managing with a pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI/UX for the Pulse iD platform: discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, handoff.
- Build and maintain our Figma design system, components and tokens.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on dashboards, configuration tools, and partner-facing portals.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to spin up rapid prototypes.
- Translate product narratives into compelling visual stories for social and web.
- Produce short, animated videos (15–60s) to explain products and demonstrate features.
- Produce marketing collaterals including one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and sales pitch decks.
