Requirements
- Experience designing core flows in a B2C mobile product.
- Deep understanding of mobile design (mobile-first mindset).
- Ability to run end-to-end discovery and user research.
- Strong visual craft and UI quality.
- Fluent with AI design tools (Lovable, Replit, Framer, Dovetail).
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with high autonomy and ownership.
- Experience with habit-driven or health/fitness products is a plus.
- Experience designing AI-integrated features is a plus.
- Experience with gamification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design everyday food tracking experience and habit-forming flows.
- Define and execute user research plans (interviews, usability tests, A/B experiments).
- Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable design decisions.
- Deliver polished high-fidelity mobile UI.
- Prototype using Figma and AI-powered tools like Lovable and Replit.
- Partner with engineering to ensure design intent during build.
- Present design work at bi-weekly Product Reviews to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design system and project libraries.
