- 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally across marketplace, platform, or strong B2C products
- Excitement about using AI for prototyping and iteration
- Confident product thinker who engages with problems before reaching for solutions
- Ability to present design decisions with clarity and rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating craft rigour and systemic thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design quality of Marketplace ā search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows
- Partner with your PM from problem inception; shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and bring evidence to product decisions
- Work across a high-stakes domain where accessibility, trust signals, information hierarchy, and emotional context are all live design problems
- Contribute to the design system with patterns and components that scale beyond your own work stream
