Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, including significant experience building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-level design systems.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design, systems thinking, interaction design, and end-to-end product design processes.
- Proven leadership experience defining design system strategies and driving adoption across cross-functional product organizations.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with component-based architectures and modern design tools such as Figma.
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in remote, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous evolution of the organization’s design system.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, documentation, and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish efficient cross-functional workflows.
- Drive adoption of the design system throughout the organization by providing guidance, training, and advocacy.
- Contribute directly to end-to-end product feature development through research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Explore, test, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Influence product and design direction by promoting systems thinking and mentoring peers.
