Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS desktop applications.
- Experience working as a Staff or Principal Product Designer.
- Proven history working in early-stage startups (under 50 people).
- Expertise in designing dense interfaces (tables, filters, complex permissions).
- Proficiency in Figma and integration with AI tools/LLMs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
- Strong product thinking and ability to lead product work without a PM.
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with design quality.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end from problem framing to production.
- Write technical specifications and manage project ticketing.
- Pair closely with engineers through the build process.
- Maintain and improve the design system and pattern library.
- Develop internal tools and templates to empower engineers in the design process.
- Perform design QA and verify features on production.
- Participate in customer calls to inform product direction.
