Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in adapting designs for various devices.
- Strong analytical skills, including user research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong aptitude for proactive cross-cultural communication.
- Experience working in tech startups.
- First-principles, hyper-logical approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze user and business needs with a focus on onboarding journeys.
- Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience.
- Create wireframes, layouts, and designs with a focus on onboarding flows and AI feature interactions.
- Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for products.
- Maintain design consistency and collaborate with developers for implementation.
