Job Details

Minimum 5 years of Product Design experience.
Must have marketplace experience.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.

Ability to ground decisions in research, data, and customer insight.

Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges to contribute to product strategy and roadmaps.
Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics.
Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery.
Plan and conduct user research, synthesizing insights into actionable direction.
Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions.
Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and attention to detail.
Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to create alignment.
Mentor and advocate to help peers connect work to customer and business goals.
