Requirements
- Experience designing B2C mobile products.
- Strong understanding of engagement, habit formation and user motivation.
- Comfortable leading product discovery and turning insights into design decisions.
- Strong sense of visual quality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with modern tools, including AI-supported workflows.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with designers and non-designers.
- Experience designing core product features or activation flows.
- Comfortable working with high ownership and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design journey end-to-end—from shaping problems in discovery to delivering high-quality solutions in production.
- Define what to explore, choose the right research approaches and turn insights into clear product directions.
- Design high-quality mobile experiences for core product features such as food tracking, daily insights and habit-building flows.
- Explore and iterate quickly by prototyping different directions and validating ideas early.
- Work closely with engineers throughout the process to shape feasible solutions and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Present work in Product Reviews (async and live) and explain design decisions.
- Contribute to a consistent and scalable product experience by improving the design system and shared libraries.
