  • 4–7 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven ability to lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes
  • Proficiency with MEDDPIC, Challenger, and Force methodologies
  • Experience with field sales
  • Ability to demo software independently
  • Proficiency in sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing
  • Own and execute a GTM plan for your territory
  • Run tailored product demos for customers
  • Spend up to 50% of time in the field
  • Maintain active communication with prospects through long sales cycles
  • Work with operations and partnerships to align on outbound strategy
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to relay customer feedback
  • Develop deep product expertise and track competitive trends
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM
