Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales account management.
- Experience managing complex solutions for strategic National or Global accounts.
- C-level relationship experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated networking capabilities and business maturity.
- Ability to navigate large organizations and build partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account management plans for named Global Vertical accounts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify cross-functional resources needed to maximize revenue and penetrate markets.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Document and manage action/project plans for assigned client base.
- Analyze program performance and recommend changes.
- Manage customer contractual documentation including MSAs and SLAs.
- Handle contract renewals and proposal responses for RFPs.
- Host cadence client calls to nurture relationships.
