Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales account management.
  • Experience managing complex solutions for strategic National or Global accounts.
  • C-level relationship experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities and business maturity.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account management plans for named Global Vertical accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify cross-functional resources needed to maximize revenue and penetrate markets.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Document and manage action/project plans for assigned client base.
  • Analyze program performance and recommend changes.
  • Manage customer contractual documentation including MSAs and SLAs.
  • Handle contract renewals and proposal responses for RFPs.
  • Host cadence client calls to nurture relationships.
